  • 500g Arvand yogurt
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • ½ cup grated and drained English cucumber
  • Pinch of dried dill weed
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.


  • 500g Arvand yogurt
  • 2 Drops of natural coconut and vanilla extract
  • 2 Spoons sugar or honey

Sprinkle some coconut powder on top and serve.


  • 500g Arvand yogurt
  • Top it with honey and sprinkle on top 1 table spoon of sliced almonds and/or walnuts


  • 500g Arvand yogurt

    Top it with granola and fresh berries


  • 500g Arvand yogurt
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 2 Strawberries or 2 spoon strawberry jam

    For a creamier smoothy substitute milk for orange juice

This simple and elegant dish is ready in a snap.

Pan Fry:

  • 1Lb. Cherry tomatoes in olive oil for 5 minutes
  • Add 2 cloves chopped garlic in the last minute and turn off the heat
  • Add some chopped basil, salt & pepper and pour over cooked pasta.
  • Crumble Arvand creamy feta on top and serve

Stir 250ml cold water into 250g Arvand yogurt with a pinch of salt


  • 2 Spoons raisins
  • 3 Spoons crushed walnuts
  • ½ Cup finely diced cucumbers
  • 1 Spoon dried or chopped spearmint leaves
  • Top it with crushed whole wheat crackers and serve
