Mix:

- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- ½ cup grated and drained English cucumber
- Pinch of dried dill weed
- Salt & pepper
- Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

This simple and elegant dish is ready in a snap.
Pan Fry:
- 1Lb. Cherry tomatoes in olive oil for 5 minutes
- Add 2 cloves chopped garlic in the last minute and turn off the heat
- Add some chopped basil, salt & pepper and pour over cooked pasta.
- Crumble Arvand creamy feta on top and serve
Stir 250ml cold water into 250g Arvand yogurt with a pinch of salt

- 3 Spoons crushed walnuts
- ½ Cup finely diced cucumbers
- 1 Spoon dried or chopped spearmint leaves
